A calorie-shedding, muscle-pumping sprint that gets all the results of a longer workout in under 30 minutes.

Barbell Club

Focus on basic lifts that develop strength, power, and core stability.

With expert guidance, you safely develop your strength and skills in each lift. Your lift numbers are recorded and your personal program is updated in each class, so you always have a customized program to guide your progress.

Monday 6:00 PM, Tuesday 5:00 PM, Thursday 5:00 PM, Friday 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM
$95 per month for 1 weekly session / $150 per month for 2 weekly sessions


Kettlebell and More

A combination of strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular training.

This class uses kettlebells, additional equipment, and diverse exercises.

  • The kettlebell is an amazing tool to create fun and intense workouts
  • Throw in static holds, core crunching and cardio exercises for a complete full body workout
  • Every major muscle group is engaged with a series of movements that are designed to increase strength, endurance, and mobility.
  • The fast-paced sessions keep your energy high, to help burn calories and build functional strength.
  • Using kettlebells helps you enhance muscle tone, improve your posture, and increase your joint stability.
  • The diverse exercises keep each class exciting and challenging, ensuring that you never hit a plateau and never get bored.

Zombiefit

A boot camp-type strength and cardio fitness class. Zombiefit is designed to help you improve functional strength, endurance, and coordination in a fun, challenging, and ever-changing combination of exercises.

  • The classes are designed to burn calories, improve your fitness, and prepare you for any of life’s many possible surprises, including a zombie apocalypse or just a long day at work!
  • Each class challenges your limits through bursts of cardio, agility drills, and fun, themed activities and games that will keep your adrenaline pumping.
  • Bring a mat, some sort of weight and your water bottle, all other equipment supplied.
